Free and Open to the Public

Join us as we explore and hike the rustic trails of Madeline Island.  MIWP members will guide all the hikes. The hikes will wander through old Hemlock stands, old Lake Superior shorelines and hopefully an abundance of wild mushrooms. Trail route will vary pending trail conditions—hike may be an out/back or shore­‐to‐shore route.  Note these trails are rustic;  good hiking boots and an adventuresome spirit are required.

 

LOCATION:
High Ridge Hike will meet at Town Park Pavilion

TIME:
9:00–11:00AM, possibly until 12:00PM pending chosen route.
