Explore the unique features of Big Bay on Madeline Island, from its wide expanse of sandy beach and blue horizons to one of the Island’s most iconic images, Big Bay Lagoon. Learn how to see this land and waterscape with an artist’s eye and create a small watercolor painting to capture your own experience and vision of this amazing place. This class will focus on basic techniques in composition, sketching, and watercolor. All materials needed for the class are included.  All abilities — especially beginners — are welcome.
