Read MoreWe currently have some of the best ski conditions we've seen in awhile on the island. The backyard trail is groomed and tracked and beautiful, but doesn't compare to the North End Trail. I was just out there to pack and track, and it is skiable and, barring a breakdown, will be groomed and tracked in nearly 20" of snow. Wanted to let mainland friends know, as it has been really rare in the past twenty years to have these great ski conditions and a beautiful ice road to boot!
