There are now duckboards on the Nucy Meech trail. During the wet season, these boards will provide much better hiking and keep our feet dry. Thank you to our hearty volunteers who hauled and installed!

On a glorious weekend in October we gathered to mark the Wilderness Preserve trails with new blue blazes for the main trails, and red blazes for the access trails. Afterward we had a pot luck at the home of Toria Erhart, our Board President.
If all the smiles, glowing faces, and exclamations of joy were any indication, it was a very good time!
